North & South Korea

One is reminded, that North Korea really doesn't want to settle differences. The goal is disrupt, to test the enemy, to look for weaknesses. If we were wiser, we'd just pull out of all efforts to find a common ground, and not bother to talk unless there is a significant change in attitude by North Korea.
